Hello,
I cannot connect my Dell portable to my wireless network. Our other computers at home connect fine.
I get "Acquiring Network address" and it continues to show this message until I disconnect again.
I use WEP access and have checked that the network key entered is ok.

Check if any access list is set on router and disable it OR add your new PC MAC address to it.
Connect last PC to router using LAN cable: Be sure you can browse internet.check your subnet if you cannot.
