My charger is not fitting the phone

you should chage the charger and buy right charger for long life of your mobile... dont use alternate...it will harm your mobile

It sounds like the charging port for your nokia n72is going bad.

The first step is to contact your carrier to see if it is covered under warranty. If it is, great get it replaced.

If not, you have 3 options:

1. you can get the charging port repaired. The cost is about 50 dollars. I recommend Cellulardr.com

2. you can get a new phone. cost ???

3.Youcan get an external battery charger to charger the battery separate fromphone. They cost about 5 dollars. Check out the following link for ones thatare available on ebay. A extra battery is a good idea as well so you canhave one charging at all times.
