Question about Motorola Mobility HS850 Consumer Headset

1 Answer

Motorola HS850 I can't get the blue light to come on. I put it on the charger because it wouldn't work. The blue light never came on; I left it there for a couple of hours hoping it was something minor and would eventually start working. Well to my surprise it?s not working. I have tried everything in the user?s guide twice and it still not working. I pressed and held the multifunction button E and still no activity. Do anyone have any suggestions?

I also have the HS850 Bliuetooth . It has been sometime since I have used it. The problem is it will not turn on it seems. The blue LED won't flash. It seems like it's not even charging. I think it's possible that I need a new battery or a new charger. If anyone can help I would appreciate sooo much. THX...

Same issue. I found out by jiggeling the cable around, the light would come on but only for a second. It seems to be a problem with charger or the input of the HS850. I have to send it back and see if a replacement works.

I had the same problem, but after reading here I started jiggling the connector and the blue light comes on. However, it will turn off now and again so I have to go wiggle the connector again and the blue light comes back on. It's a pain the a__ but I was able to get a full charge from this process.
