I have a panasonic tc-p65ST50 with Panasonic Blu-ray disc Home Theater Sound (SC-BTT490. Everything works except the 3D comes in very dark and probably a bit scrambled. What adjustment do I make to make the 3D work. It worked in the past, so I must have changed a setting somewhere. Thanks. Dave O

SOURCE: can't read blu ray disc

We searched the internet and found out that many people had the same problem as us and the reason for the problem is a defective part. You have to call panasonic and mail the whole unit back to them for the needed repairs. It really stinks to have to give up our player for so long but what else do you do? Never buy panasonic I guess.

I thought that I deleted all of my information from your website when we discovered our problem. Please do not charge me for this. Also please get rid of my info. If I ever do need help again I am happy to try your site. Thanks for asking.

SOURCE: My Panasonic blu ray player DMPBD 30 does not play

Hi

The region codes or unlock hack for this model is not available, if you want to make it region free then you'll need a universal remote like a pronto remote or a One for all remote and then would need to enter the HEX codes to make it region free. It can't be done with the factory supplied remote.

You can buy a pronto remote from this link---

Pronto Remote

Pronto remote hex codes

Please ask for any clarifications and accept this solution if found helpful.

Thanks

SOURCE: How to connect Panasonic BD60 Blu-ray disc player to 2 components

If there are red and white RCA jacks on the back of the BR player and on the receiver you should be able to get sound. The same as your VHS.

SOURCE: blu ray connect to my sc-pt660

Why not leave the audio into the TV via HDMI from the Bluray and then optical audio out from TV to the home theater audio system? Same as the hook up for the cable box. The SC-
PT660 only has one optical audio connector so your solution may not be feasible assuming he's also got a cable box connected to the TV.

Why does the unit go back to the "Home" screen every time you turn it off and back on

is it plugged into a switched outlet, or plugged into a wall outlet? if power to the plug is interrupted it may lose the input memory. would be a shame to think it did that by design.

No sound from senter and soround

Check all audio settings. Does your unit offer 2 channel and 5.1 or 7.1 surround settings? When in doubt, I reset to default or factory settings and see if it works.

My panasonic sc-bt200 wont play the 3d version of a christmas carol so were can i get the firmware to update it

The SC-BT200 is not a 3D Blu-ray player. You cannot play 3D Blu-rays on it. To watch 3D Blu-rays you need a 3D Blu-ray player, a high-speed HDMI cable, a 3D TV and compatible 3D glasses.

Blu ray connect to my sc-pt660

as far as hooking up your blu ray player to the sc-pt660, the only real way to utilize the surround sound (with true surround sound) is through the optical audio out. You need to connect your blu ray player through hdmi to your tv and then connect your blu ray player to your surround sound using the optical audio out/in. I, personally have the sc-pt660 hooked up through component cables so I don't waste an HDMI input on my TV. Except for cd's, there is no reason for you to use the actual dvd player part of the surround sound considering you have a blu ray player. In conclusion, hooking your blu ray player and the sc-pt660 up to get better video simply isnt possible (your blu ray player alone gives the best possible resolution, 1080p). As far as audio goes, run an optical audio cable from your blu ray player to your sc-pt660 to get true surround sound.
