Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
The control panel is unresponsive most of the time, although intermediately since the problem appeared it has worked. Unplugging does little. No error codes. Sometimes the lights will blink on the panel and the off button works. When start is pressed from off - it might start so be ready... The door appears to be locking fine when the machine runs and the cycle (whatever the lottery brings up) runs to completion.
I would go with the touchpad. my experience says when the main computer goes its gone. touchpads when they start to wear sometimes have spots that will work. change the touchpad

Thank you for your post, friend!
If your Electrolux washer is getting power to it but not working it sounds like a possible issue with the control panel or keypad. I would perform a reset on your washer which you can do by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker.
If your washer continues being unresponsive I would seek assistance from a professional to come out and diagnosis your appliance to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
