My printer model is z2320 but my cd driver is z2300

Simply type in the correct model number.

why not look at Lexmark's website?

Go to http://www.lexmark.com and click on the driver finder under drivers and downloads, you should be able to find and download the correct software there. If you need further assistance they have a toll free helpline 1-800-332-4120 you can call 8 am to 11 pm weekdays and 11 am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday Eastern Daylight Time

You should be sure which driver you use .. cause there are many drivers by operating system ..

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Try to insall it from downloaded files insted.
Follow the link bellow, select the printer you have, there are two in the 5400 family, select your OS, download the files and install them.
