You have disabled the oven feature if you did adjust the door lock assembly. Interesting that the F1 stopped. notsure why myself.\
Usually the F1 feature does not go away unless you replace the electronic/control board.
I wonder what would happen if you set the door lock assembly to where it was before?

Testimonial: "it goes into lock the door mode as if to start self cleaning but it doesn't. Oven does not work at all now , on the hunt for new stove"

If you unplug the range and remove the lower rear cover on your left side you should see the motor with 2 switch's on it. There are 3 possibilitys with it. One of the switch's on the assembly is not working or the light switch for the door is not good. You also can disconect the lead to the motor and connect a power cord to it and that will unlock the door so you can check the dor switch also. if you do not feel comfortable powering up the lock motor then you should call a repair man. But one of the switches is not letting the computer know the dor is locked.

SOURCE: Oven door will not lock to clean

hi, these two codes together are signaling a EOC failure. the electronic oven control has failed and you will need to replace the EOC/clock. it is unable to initiate any commands because, it in a frozen state.

You can try to reset this control by unplugging the entire unit for 5 minutes. if the control continues to not reaspond to your commands, replace the EOC.

please rate and god bless:)

SOURCE: lock light on frigdaire self cleaning oven

OK, this is not a good situation here. your Electronic Oven Control board is damaged. the logic sectors are faulty. The F-1 represents a major EOC failuer and, you will need to replace your EOC(clock) asap, if possible.

Frigidaire Self-Cleaning Oven Model FEF353BFW and F1 Error Code.

I just had the same problem! If I ever see that f9 again and hear that annoying constant beep....I will pick up and dispose of that oven on the front lawn. Lol. Took a pair of pliers and turned the lock clock wise till the light went out. Silence!

Can't get my Kenmore Oven to Stop flashing/beeping F1 after using the self clean. We turn off the braker now, but now my oven is stuck on broil and I cant get it to stop Fl/BP F2. How can I fix this?

probably not. If this is a frigidaire made unit, you will probably have to replace the clock/oven control. That will set you back around $130.

Oven door locked

ah, you lucky guy. You can try a hard reset by unplugging the range for a good 1/2 hour, then plug back in. Unfortunutely this probably won't work, as these clock/timers are notorious for only lasting a few years. You have to blow $150+ and replace the clock/timer. Note: A hair dryer will help you get the face off the old one to put onto the new one.

F1 is displayed on Maytag Electric Oven I ran the self-clean cycle on my Maytag Model MER5530 oven yesterday; before it completed F3 was displayed and beeps sounded. I pressed CANCEL, the F3...

Hi

F1 error means that you have either a bad ERC (clock) or a bad touch pad. To check these please follow these simple instructions:
  1. Disconnect power to stove
  2. Gain access to the back of the clock (electronic range control or ERC).
  3. Unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC. This will be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide.
  4. Make sure everything is clear and will not short out when power is turned back on.
  5. Turn power back on to stove.
  6. Watch for the F1 and listen for the beep.
  7. If you get the F1 and beep, replace the ERC.
  8. If after approx. 30 minutes you do NOT get the F1 and hear the beep, replace the touch pad...

F0 error code on ge profile oven

Could be a stuck keypad. Try pressing all pads at random several times each to clear it.
If that does not work the ERC(clock) must be replaced.

After a power outage oven will no longer work

F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).
