Cannon MP600 printer shut itself down during printing operation . Pressing ON/OFF button will not turn it. I checked connections and power source. Still, no reaction.

If a Canon inkjet printer is turning itself off, then problem is either control board or power unit. When this happens printer is often considered beyond repair, and in any case it must be tested by a technician to find out the problem.Repair involves testing volts out from power unit and testing components on main board.
Considering that the MP600 is quite an expensive inkjet, I suggest contacting Canon support and asking a quote on repair.

I can not get my canon pixma mp600 to print from my computer.

Can you install your printer driver?If you do this so connect printer with computer, click start choice settings -Printer and Fax-Add Printer then Quarry your printer which you want install.

Installed canon all-in-one now cannot connect to my network

Hi,
looking at my collegues comments my I make a suggestion. I have an Mp600 and use Vista, I'm sure you are aware the Mp600 has compatibility issues with Vista. I downloaded all the relevant driver/s software to correct this and it works really well.

MP600 canon printer computer cannot recognise USB device

Try different USB ports on the computer to see if its a porblem with the port connection and if there's no change there then try using another USB cable that you know is working perfectly fine.

Solutions for wont turn on Issue: The device does not power on

1. Press the ON/OFF button to power on the multifunction device 2. Disconnect and Reconnect AC power adapter or power cord to the device and electrical source 3. Disconnect and reconnect the electrical cord to ensure a secure connection 4. The MP600 may require repair 5. Try a different electrical source / outlet

According to the quick setup manual, this printer supports only bluetooth. In other words it is not a wifi printer. In order for you to be able to print on it with a wifi device like a tablet, you will need first to connect your printer with a usb cable to a computer that is connected to your wireless network and then you will need to share the printer on the local network. During the installation process to the connected computer, you should be asked wether you want to share it or not with the network. Simply answer "yes"
