SOURCE: removing bearing from rear wheel 03 ultra classic

you could use a blind hole bearing remover w/slide hammer these bearing are suppose to be tight and straight.if they are removed and installed wrong you could ruin the hub. Harley switched to sealed wheel bearings in 2000 earlier models were tappered bearings.

SOURCE: putting my farrin and headlight

If it's shaped like a "W", it goes in the chrome headlight ring to hold the light in. You might try going to http://www.bikebandit.com . Look up your year model bike or one close to it and they may have an exploded view of the light assembly. I don't know if it'll tell you what you need to know.

Good Luck

SOURCE: tail light wiring on 1990 harley ultra classic trike

I can step you thru it, but, honestly if I did it may take the both of us weekes to find the issue. See on the early to mid Evo baggers, the wiring whent a little crazy, with relays under the headlight instead of the seat, and alot of the wiring for the rear goes thru the front.

Unfortunately, I would say, take it to a reputable shop in your area, and have them diagnose it properly and repair. If I were to guess, I would say a ground is loose somewhere, but, again, on those bikes, its better to take them in and do it there.

Sorry

I have a 2001 electra glide ultra classic with the left turn signal lights up when applying the front or feaf brakeS and when i turn on the left signal the brake lights blink

First you check that the left turn signal and brake switch wiring haven't been switched. I presume brakes and turn indicators use different bulbs. Then you check for shorted wires from wear or crushing where they go from headlight

2005 ultra blows the accessory 15 amp fuse when I push the right turn signal button. Any ideas?

Sounds like you've got a short in your right turn signal wiring. You need to check out the switch and the wiring between the power source for the switch and the turn signal canceling unit.

Good Luck

2005 Ultra Classic ,Speedo Cuts Out Which In Turn Cuts Out Cruise Control, And Turn Signals Wont Shut Off,And At Idle Bike Engin Will Stall,But Will Start Up . This Is An Intermiten Problem

I believe the turn sigs, speedo and cruise are all controlled in part at least by a module under the fairing. It may need replacement or it could just be a loose wire. Sounds more like a loose wire plug or bundle, if intermittent.

Brake lights, turn signal and horn not working...

Check the wiring within the headlight shell--look for connectors that may be corroded or pulled loose. A little WD-40 will favor connection integrity when sprayed into the connectors, then coupling and uncoupling them several times. Hope this helps!

Do not have rear turn signals but the front

The turn signals are controlled by the turn signal cancelling unit. There is a wiring sub-harness that take the turn signal wires to the rear turn signals. There should be two grey wires with a brown ring on one wire and a violet ring on the other. Trace these wires out and check for sorts or open circuits. Maybe the plug came unplugged. Good Luck
