LG ENV battery life is really bad.

You say recently, so I would march straight back to the shop!! If it was ebay then this is more trickey and you will need to find out whether this model has this "glitch". I go on line now before I buy mobiles sus out what the forums are saying, it soon becomes apparent what and why phones are, and it does sort of depend on make and style. See if that is the case, otherwise get a replacement and if the same thing happens again change the model/make for something recommended and more reliable. I am a big Nokia fan (15 years) but I find they strive to add all they can, one day it will be a teasmade I am certain, and all the answers on this forum tend to be about anything but phone calls or messages! So things have got lost in the translation. Good luck
