I purchased Canon Pixma MP 240 series printer,
cd rom is acting up will not allow me to download software. I downloaded the drivers, I can print. But I cannot access the scan to computer feature without software. Does anyone know where I can download the software without using the CD Rom drive??

go to this site and put in your operating system and you will get the drivers you require. I would uninstall the all of the older drivers reboot then install the new drivers. Remember not to connect your print to your computer until the new installing driver tell you to.
