View a Call List Entry
1. Press CALLS when the handset is not in
use.
2. Scroll to browse through the Call list.
Dial a Call List Entry
• When the desired entry appears, press
/HOME or to dial.
Save a Call List Entry to the
phonebook
1. When the desired Call list entry displays,
press SELECT.
2. Scroll to To Phonebook then press SELECT.
3. Use the dialing keys to modify the number if
necessary, and then press SELECT.
4. Use the dialing keys to enter the name, and
then press SELECT to save.
Delete a Call List Entry
• When the desired Call list entry displays,
press DELETE.
Delete all Call List Entries
• Press MENU when the handset is not in use.
Scroll to Call log and then press SELECT.
Scroll to Delete all and then press SELECT
twice.

To delete a post on your Page:
Hover over the post on your Page's timeline
Click in the upper-right corner
Select Delete...
Confirm that you want to delete this post from your Page by clicking Delete

Open the contact entry you wish to delete. Then, press, 'Menu > Edit contact'. Once in the contact edittion page, scroll all the way down, until you find a big button named something like 'Delete contact', and tap over it. You might be prompted to confirm the operation.

To delete a caller id listing, highlight the entry, press MENU/SELECT, then select "Delete Entry." Full instructions are on page 9. Chain dialing instructions begin on page 11.

Programming starts on page 17.

Dialer Delay is option 17 on page 29. It's default setting is 30 seconds.

To set Dialer Delay, press:
1.Add
2.Option #
3.17
4.Use the numbered keys to enter the time 005 -
254 seconds (all entries must be 3 digits).
5.DONE
To turn off Dialer Delay, press:
1.Delete
2.Option #
3.17
4.DONE

1. Press the HOME button to go to the books overview.
2. If you have many books already installed,the list may spread across several pages. Use the page forward / backward buttons to navigate to the page that lists the book you want to delete.
3. Use the 5-way button DOWN / UP to move the underline mark to the book you want to delete.
4. Press RIGHT on the 5-way button. A menu for the book opens.
5. Use the 5-way button DOWN to the menu entry "Delete This Document" for books you copied yourself to the Kindle, "Remove from Device" for content purchased in the Amazon Kindle shop,or "Delete This Sample" for sample excerpt downloaded from the shop.
6. Press CENTER on the 5-way to delete. Note, content purchased from the Amazon Shop is still listed in the overview page under "Archived Items" after removal from your Kindle, so it can easily be downloaded again.
   

Here is instructions from Installation Manual. I am also attaching links to full Installation as well as User Manuals for your reference at the bottom of page. Make certain to input as 3 digit time - example 45 seconds as 045. Good luck!

Option 10: Entry Delay (Default = 030 sec.)
Determines how much time the user has to disarm the system
after entering the armed premises through a designated delay
door, before an alarm occurs. Beeps sound during the entire
delay time to remind the user to disarm the system.
When turned on, the Entry Delay can be set from 005-254
seconds (030-254 if SIA Limits Option 69 is on). All entries
must be 3 digits. When turned off, the Entry Delay is set to
005 seconds.
Note
For UL listed systems, the entry delay must not exceed 45 seconds.

To set Entry Delay, press:
1. Add
2. Option #
3. 10
4. Use the numbered keys to enter the 3-digit delay
time.
5. DONE

To turn off Entry Delay, press:
1. Delete
2. Option #
3. 10
4. DONE

Stop it from running whan the computer boots.
In the run dialog box type "msconfig" then click on the startup folder.
Remove the entry for gom.
OR use a program like CC Cleaner, in its tool menu is a startup edit, just disable or remove the entry.
CC cleaner also has an uninstall tab, you canuninstall the software from there.
When installing CC cleaner, you may wish to untick the yahoo toolbar option on the last page of the installer

Sign in to the Facebook account you wish to delete, then click "Settings" in the upper right area of your home page, now scroll down all the way to bottom of the page, and you will see the option to deactivate your account(delete it).
