I had the same thing happen to mine recently. I called tech support and they sent me a new phone.

send it back. It sounds like even if your were to fix this by taking out the battery and putting it back in, it should not do that new. Get it replaced ASAP

Generaly, the reason for white screen is software or misoperation.

1.Please try to turn off the phone and pull out the battery for a few hours, and then restart the phone.

2. If the screen can be normal sometimes, pls try to "restore the factory setting" by setting. You can find the password on your user manual.

3.Please pull out the SIM card and clean it. Then reinsert it into the phone.

4.By our experience, if several programs opened at the same time, it may cause a white screen. And some files on the phone should not be deleted. This phenomenon may happen to you.

Try to update the firmware. you need to flash it using RSD lite software and you can download this for free on forums related to motorola and even firmware is available there.

take it to a store and see whats wrong if you sont want to check inside your phone and see if the sim card is broke or if theres a wire or something

there is 2 things.first maybe software problem or second you have to change the 2 wire that conect the main board with lcd.
