Panasonic plasma 3 weeks old done broke

Panasonic plasma HDTV, model #TH-50PC77U has gone black. I've unplugged, plugged back in, removed accessories...still won't work. The lil red light blinks 7 times....pauses....blinks 7 times, etc. Please help

-   We have a 50" Phillips Plasma TV w/ Ambilight & it is doing the exact same thing. We contacted Phillips technical support line & they don't know. Please help.-   cbabes300zx
