Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
One of our staff turned off the projectors power. He then proceeded to input the wrong security code and the projector is showing a locked out screen. How can we regain use of the projector.
The only way to unlock one of these machines is to contact Epson and ask them for a Master Unlock Code. You will need ALL the machines details and they may ask for proof of purchase etc. Getting a Master Code is an arduous task. It is an anti theft measure after all. Be prepared for the run around.
