Deep Freeze is a BIOS application do not try to remove it.

hi! you must look for the same version of your deep freeze on the web, then install to remove the old version of deep freeze.

First disable deep freeze in next log on by pressing shift+alt+ctrl+F6.. Then restart your system. Lastly remove deep freeze in add/remove programe.

I see that you want to uninstall Deep Freeze from you computer, See steps below.

• First open Deep Freeze.
• On the Deep Freeze window click to select Thawed.
• Then Click on Apply and reboot.
• Once the system restarts back up you now go to the Add remove programs or programs and feature to uninstall Deep Freeze from your computer.
• If you have XP go to control panel then select classic view on the upper left side then look fo Add remove programs then look for Deep Freeze then click on change/remove to uninstall the program.
• If you have Vista or Win7 click on Start then control panel look for programs and features, this will show you all the programs you have on teh system just like add remove programs.
• Look for Deep Freeze right click on it then left click on uninstall.

have u the password for the program? if u have then press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F6 at main windows.
this will open the deep freeze program. insert the password press OK.

at the deep freeze window there will be option to frozen, thawed, or thawed for next. choose 'thawed' then restart windows.

if you succeed to thawed the deep freeze then find your master program for your deep freeze (master that u use for installation). run the program, there will be choice to uninstall the program. press it.
then it will automatically uninstall.

if u dont have the password, try to download the anti deep freeze first to thawed your PC. this link will help you to download the program:

Unlike older version, Deep Freeze 6 cannot be disabled or uninstall this Deep Freeze without password. Before u reformat or install a fresh OS, try the steps below, without password. 1. Boot yr PC from the CD with windows XP, if u have Windows XP OS 2. Now enter R to repair after booting. 3. Let it continue until finish 4. Now prepare the DeepFreeze to install, u will come across a option "Uninstall Deep Freeze", select this option and click next. After finishing the uninstall, reboot yr PC. 5. Now u will find that the Deep-freeze has removed from your computer.

You havent mentioned the O/S you are using, try this if its XP

Here the small tricks to disable or unintal Deep Freeze ver 6 without password:

1. Boot your computer from Windows XP Installer
2. After appear “Enter to Setup” option, Press Enter then press F8.
3. Selected R to repair Windows system ( Repair Setup)
4. Continue repairing/installing windows untill finish.
5. Prepare the Deepfreeze v.6 installed, open the file like you want to install the software.
6. it’s will show “Uninstall Deep-freeze” options. Uninstall the software, after uninstall finished reboot your computer.
7. Now the Deep-freeze has removed from your computer.

FOR VISTA / WIN 7
Power Off the PC
Start the PC and Press F8 key till you get Boot options,
Start the PC is SAFE MODE and try to uninstall it.

Hey mate Deep Freeze cannot be removed unless you have the system administration password if you don't you have to reformat the computer

If you cannot uninstall the application from "Add/Remove Programs" then you will need to get "Microsoft windows installer Cleanup Utility" from the M/S Website... install that, and remove deep freeze from the list that comes up when you launch the cleanup utility.

To uninstall the software Deep Freeze must first be disabled and then uninstalled.
To disable Deep Freeze:

1. Hold down the shift key and double-click on the Deep Freeze icon. Alternatively, you can press Crtl-Alt-Shift-F6. You should now see a password dialog.
2. Enter your password and click OK. If you have not yet entered a password you should be able to click OK without entering anything. You should now see a dialog with boot options.
3. Select "Boot thawed" and click OK. This will disable Deep Freeze on the next reboot.
4. Reboot your machine. After the machine reboots you are ready to uninstall Deep Freeze.

To uninstall:

1. Locate the installation file you used to install Deep Freeze to this machine. By default the name of this file is called "DF5Std.exe" for versions 5.X and "DF6Std.exe" for versions 6.X.
2. Run the installation file (DF5Std.exe or DF6Std.exe).
3. Select the option to "Uninstall"
4. The software should uninstall and reboot the machine. When the machine reboots, Deep Freeze should be uninstalled.
