Look for the software "trend micro" on your Pc and try to remove it. If there is none try to check if there is a software that has something to do with internet security and also remove it. If you dont want to remove it, try disabling that software.

How can I start windows in my dell PC which displays IWOMQ is compressed whenever I try to start up, Press Cltr + Alt + Del to restart. even though I do this the same thing happens.

perhaps that is why it doesn't want to work . you never want to compress the operating system .if you have the operating system disk put it in the dvd drive and shut down . when you restart follow the instructions .

Hi, I use Firefox and for the last 3 months I get browser pages that freeze up, won't scroll up, down or sideways. The only thing I can access on the page it's what's technically in the browser window. ...

It has been a common problem. Same here. Download to Desktop latest version of Firefox. Go to Settings-Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. Depends on operating system you have. Open it and click on Mozilla Firefox and delete it completely. Restart windows and install latest version of Firefox. This should alleviate your problem. If not, Write back.

Why does my internet freeze? what can I do

If your computer as a whole is freezing, then you have to check for viruses / malware.
But, if it is only your internet that freezes up, then try resetting your Internet Explorer.
I am presuming that you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8, as your browser.
To reset Internet Explorer (IE) :-
1. Open Internet Explorer .
2. Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.
3. In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.
4. Click to select the Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons
check box, and then click OK.
5. Switch to the Security tab.
6. Click Reset all zones to default level, and then click OK.
7. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
8. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
9. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the default settings, click
Close, and then click OK .
10. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions option in the Settings box
11. Close Internet Explorer . The changes take effect the next time that
you open Internet Explorer .
Try to reset IE, as explained above.
Even after resetting IE, if IE still freezes, then there may be some viruses / malware on your computer.

Hi there, after open internet explorer click tools option. From there select internet
options and there you found a option" delete temporary internet files, history, cookies.
" Just delete them & then close the internet explorer. After that go for email reading
the page will open.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Curser freezes

When you said your cursor freeze, does the computer still respond or the whole computer froze. If the computer froze, then it could be anything from, memory, hard drive, cpu, or mainboard. Does the keyboard works, if just the cursor freeze, try using a usb mouse.
