How do I change the time on Avanti 3020 telephone?

I have an Avanti 3015D Telrad Connegy phone and initially I had a "Prompt" number 124 and was told to use that when changing my MAIN greeting. Now the prompt has been deleted somehow and I cannot change my MAIN greeting (not personal greeting)...How do I get the system to "prompt" me again to enter the 124 so I can change the Main Greeting (and I'm not talking about "enter mailbox or password either....). Please help!

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system.
From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook:
1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 004 and then ENTER.
3. Enter the extension number you want to change.
4. Enter the name (the same way as texting on a cellphone)
5. To save the changes press AUTO DIAL / STORE.
6. To go to the next extension press NEXT on the screen.
7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

How to Change a Mailbox Password 1. To access the voice mail system press Feature.
2. Press 9 8 3.
3. When you see Log: enter ~ SETNNA (738662) and press OK
4. Pswd: CONFIG (266344)
5. Press "MBOX".
6. Press "CHNG".
7. Enter the mailbox number you wish to reset.
8. Press "Reset".
9. Press "Rls" to exit (orange button to the right of the number buttons).
Default password is "0000".

you would need to get into the admin programming to change the name, have your system admin person make the change for you.

Samsung systems can be programmed using the display phone but some of the newer systems, the Office Server series, are faster with a Lap Top. Which system do you have and do you have a Install/Programming CD ?

Avanti Model 3020F or 3020H Display telephones
1) Leave the handset on-hook.
2) Press the FEATURE button.
3) Press the PROGRAM soft key.
4) Press TIME soft key.
5) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.
6) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.
7) Press SAVE soft key to save the settings.
Note: All 10 digits for the time and date must be entered. You can not skip any steps. To abort the time and date setting process press SPKR at any point before pressing SPD/PROG.

14. "02>2>Current Time" displayed on LCD
15. Input correct time using military time (HH MM SS)
16. Press <CONF>

enter the time.

Press Feature **date
enter the date
