when i want to connect my phone to internet using usb with the help of pc suite the pc suite says no phone connected. but when i want to transfer some data or load some data into my phone using usb the phone in file transfer mode then i can transfer data . but in phone mode the pc suite says no phone connected .

I couldn't find any software for you.But I did find a firmware update to reset the player to factory.You can always try that first and see what happens. RCA Firmware Update
When taking a memory card out of your phone you should do it via the menu, otherwise you get this sort of problem.
The only answer is to reformat the memory card. And lose all the data stored on it.
