We have a Thermador model # PG364GDBS/01 and the oven has not been starting. when its turned on the gas starts and you can hear clicking . i'm assuming its the ignitor , but then after a minute it shuts off . it took 2 hours til the oven finally started and then 20 minutes it shuts off ! noone can figure out what it is!!!!

two things come to mind a faulty safty valve thats the device that the ignighters connect to the other maybe trash stopping the screen on the pressure regulater are any codes displayed on the clock

Sounds like the spark module has been shorted out and quite possibly the main control board. Apptech.

Hi. I have experience cooking in a burner like that it keeps on burning coz the ignition coil was press by your switch knob coz the spring was stack up try to release it so that it will not be ignited all the time when your cooking. This should be ignited at once. If it gives light already it should be released. Please reply if you have solved the problem so that I can give you more advices.

will it bake and broil ok if so check door lock and switch if ok control no longer available must be sent in to be repaired
