Hi, It is possible that your anti-virus quarantined suspected files but are required for booting up Windows. You can try: 1. Booting in Safe Mode to check things out; 2. Boot in last known good configuration; 3. Re-install Windows using the "repair" option. Experience has taught me that the safest was re-partitioning, re-formatting and do a complete fresh/clean/new install of the OS. Good luck and kind regards.
