SOURCE: tyre back on wheel?

onto the rim or onto the shaft ? if you can't get the rubber tire onto the rim itself.... heat it by putting it in hot water... then try.

I am in desparate need to find a restorer for my old londom coach pram

If you haven't already tried, call a few area antique dealers (not junk shops/second hand stores). Ask them for recommendations for what you're trying to restore that seems to be the biggest issue- like if it's the paint, metal parts, fabric, etc. Furniture restorers in our area (western NC) have restored just about everything, including prams, because there is a large training program in the region for fabric restoration, paint restoration, and metal preservation. That's a little unusual but my friend works for one of the restorers and they have done that kind of work for decades. "There are only so many chairs to be re-caned..." :)
If you've already tried that let me know what area you are in. My degree is in preservation and restoration, I have a lot of resources. Good luck!

I have been given a navy blue silver cross coach built pram, i need to find out what kind it is because it needs a apron. it has a sticker on the bottom of it with numbers on but this means ? to me. please...

The sticker on the bottom is only the chassis number and usually the date of manufacturer. Is the pram one where the body detaches from the wheels and do you know how old it is? Or is it the boat shaped body with big wheels, which doesn't detach from them? (Similar to the picture on here of the Balmoral). Or is it one where the body detaches from the body? If you look on EBay under Silver Cross prams you should be able to identify the model. There are also aprons often for sale on there too.

Silver cross pram

Wilson prams were made by Silver Cross in Leeds. Are you sure it is Wilson and not Milson? You could try looking under Pram Renovation/Restoration on www.Preloved.co.uk and maybe some of the experts on there will be able to help.
