As long as you are not using the delay timer. It is OK to put the flour, salt, sugar etc. in and put the liquid in last. As soon as you pour the liquid in push the start button. If your pan only leaks a little the fact that you are mixing right away with the flour on the bottom now will prevent any leaks. The only other answer it to replace your pan and they run about $20.00 After you push the start button don't forget to add the yeast in too.

I have an Abode 5 in 1 rice cooker/warmer steamer egg poacher/Noodle boiler, I would like to know how to use the egg poacher function

I have exactly the same as you, to use the egg poacher
1. put water in inner pot
2. wipe outside portion of inner pot, put inner pot into unit, turn it slightly from left to right to ensure the pot and the heating plate has a good contact
3. connect electrical cord and press switch to start cooking
4. let the water boil
5. break each egg into the hole of the poacher
6. put the egg poacher on top of the inner pot
7. cover the unit
8. cook for 3 to 5 minutes

this is what it says in the manual I hope it helps

DCC-1200 leaks coffee onto carafe and warmer plate

My coffee pot was leaking over the carafe and onto the warmer. I found that this issue was caused by the carafe lid. The lid was not allowing coffee to flow into the pot fast enough. I removed the inner mechanism from the carafe lid (it pops off really easily) and just sit the lid on top of the pot while brewing, and no more leaks! After brewing, I put the mechanism back onto the lid and twist lid onto the pot.

Rival SlowCooker # SCV 5609. The inner crock pot has cracked, letting liquid through into the outer pot. Can I get a replacement for the inner pot?

Crock-pot.com is the place for Rival parts, but they say they list no parts for the model you gave. You can try making sure the model number is correct and try again, or call them at 800-323-9519 for help.

Defective part

To better address the problem with your nonstick pot... I need more information on the steps you have used to clean the pot and the extent of damage to the pot itself.

You indicated that the damage has occured between the pot and the inner surface of the cooker base? Is this a corrosive damage or a build up of material on the inner liner of the base?

Often times a build up of 'hard water' minerals accumulates on the inner surface due to condensation and occasional overflows from the foods being cooked. They can appear to be a type of fungus or mold.
