Problem for Daewoo (DWC-056CL) Air Conditioner

Tried to turn on nothing happens only 1 year old HELP!!!!!

Plugged unit in. notice 2 buttons for test and reset, dont know what to do with them. turned unit on and absolutley nothing happened it is 90 in the house. need to get this running. please help

- how do i know which outlet is a GFCI without carrying the a/c trhough the whole house. it is heavy for me. thank you for the first bit of info.

- no that did not work either. ran around at 10 pm last night. any other ideas or is it shot? i am handy with things give me ideas if it is rescueable.

- i also checked the plug no burn marks and i had it all part for cleaning so that is done too.

That is a GFCI, try a different outlet.

- The unit has GFCI, that's why the test and reset. Use an extension cord just to test out.
