you will need to change your relay most likely in your fuse box ,,put some glasses on to see the fuse diagram to find your relay ...change it ,,,it is wearing out and causing your fan to kick off and on

I turn off the car and remove the keys and the bottom rear fan runs.

If you are refering to the cooling fan this is quite normal as when the coolant stops circulating it heats up and turns on the cooling fan. only goes for a while then stops

Blower fan starts fine sometimes circulating fan starts right away then after about 4 0r 5 min the small 3 amp fuse blows and shuts down whole unit. What is this fuse for and why does circulating fan...

Hi WFO9, It sounds as though the fan capacitor is under specs. It is probably losing its capacitance ability, they are usually rated plus or minus 5% of the value printed on the case. If however the capacitor is no longer within the rated specs. the fan motor will draw too much current and will then blow the fuse. either that or after the normal start delay built into the Ac, which is 3-4 minutes, the compressor tries to start and again draws to much current and blows the fuse. have all the capacitors checked and replaced if they dont meet the specs printed on the capacitor case. regards Col www.digitalcontrols.com.au

The fan still circulate on fan bake but no heat

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR HEATING ELEMENT HAS BURNT OUT ,FIRST TURN OFF THE POWER THEN LOCATE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE BACK PANEL ON REMOVE ALL THEM AND THE PANEL YOU THEN SHOULD SEE THE ELEMENTS REMOVE THEM BY PULLING OUT THE PULG HOLDING THE ELEMENT IN THEN TAKE IT TO A ELECTRICAL SUPPLY STORE FOR REPLACEMENT REFIT ELEMENT AND YOUR OVEN SHOULD WORK FINE.

The fridge section is warm, the freezer is OK

sounds like the circulating fan is wearing out. This fan supplies circulation for the freezer as well as the refrigerator when the motor for this fan starts to wear out the circulation supplied is reduced to a point that the freezer will work but not the refrigerator because the fan does nnot run fast enough to circulate the air thru the refrigerator. The minimum cost to repair/replace this fan assemble is around $300.00

Freezer and ice maker quit working / The temp.display on the door is just flashing .

There may be a fan that moves cold air in the freezer and icemaker compartment(s).  If the fan freezes up the cold air will not circulate.  Since the fridge compartment is still cold it does not sound like a compressor problem.
