Backfire smoke

This could possibly be caused by several things however the most logical and common reason is simply a sheered flywheel key. This will throw the engine out of time allowing it to fire out of sequence when valves are open instead of closed. I hope this helps you and gets you going again.

Changed O2 sensors and white smoke starts pouring out of exhaust

White smoke is usually steam which would indicate a blown head gasket or crack in block. Hope it's something easier.

Ford Focus 2005 - cold start backfire - runs great after 5 mins, when hot

White Smoke out the exhaust, is usually a sign
of coolant & most likely the start of a bad head gasket

At this point your use of the car should be curtailed,
to prevent any further damage

You should not use the car at all, until all issues are
diagnosed & resolved

Plan on using other means of transportation

1992 toyota camry v6 backfires and has white smoke

It seems you may have a head gasket leak from the coolant jacket to one cylinder or more.
To confirm this you should get a radiator leak-down test, to see if the coolant jacket does have a leak, and a compression test to see if one or more cylinders have a leak.
The white smoke is coolant vapour, and the backfiring, fuel igniting only once it gets to the hot exhaust from other cylinders.
