Which Operating System is running on your computer? If it's Windows XP, you need to delete a file with the name "dwmapi.dll" in the C: drive's System32 folder under Windows folder. If I am right, the problem might have started after installing Mozilla Firefox. The reason is a wrong driver of Windows Vista installed on Windows XP system. The process is like this: Open My Computer, then "C:" drive, and again "Windows", locate "System32" folder and again locate "dwmapi.dll" in the System32 folder and delete the "dwmapi.dll". That should definitely do the trick. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
Hey, I have the same problem as you and im in the process of fixing it I researched it and found this... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 (Note this is for Vista only) Use the instructions on how to clean boot your Windows and it should work...
try to re-install windows installation cd/dvd and all drivers that came with computer....this should automatically re-install the correct entry point processes into laptop.....make sure you back up all of your settings and documents, pics etc on dvd/cd first incase windows automatically formats over them...
This is usually is a malware that is deleting the js3250 file. "Go to C:\Windows\System32\ipv6monl.dll and delete it. Reinstall Firefox and it will work fine."
