use a dvd player cleaning disc,,make sure the disc is supported,it is NOT a blu ray player, only a dvd player, make sure the discs are clean and not scratched
after searching for about 30 mins i found the manual http://www.retrevo.com/search/v2/jsp/mytrevo/myTrevo.jsp?page=man its backward compatable with the 1300 series!!!
Please check :
- The type of disc you are playing ( it may not compatible with your player)
- The lens ( it may dirty and need cleaning and or replacement).

If teh DVD starts up and hangs on the menu then it seems to be a fault of the main mother board.
It can be failrue of the board to get supply or an error inthe processor. But a detailed check may be necessary to confirm.
I have not understood the second part..... i have 113......
Please describe your DVD-RW if it is internal or external? External means that it is enclosed in a separate 5.25" HDD/DVD-RW enclosure.
If it is internal, check for a worn-out power cable on the ATX PSU. If it is external, check for the proper voltage output of your enclosure power supply by a voltmeter/tester. Ask assistance from an electronic technician or anyone who is knowledgeable enough to use the said tester.
