I had a mouse failure today and now i'm trying to replace it. The new microsoft wireless mouse will not function in the switch. model JC102CPA, Just Com Tech switch

If the mouse failed in the switch, and the new one wont work, have you tried both mice plugged into the computer direct, it may just be a fault with the switch, or you may need to plug the mouse into the computer direct for the first time

Wireless optical mouse 98763!!

Hi
there is a reconnect button on the receaver I beleave you need to press the reconnect button on the receaver first then the one on the mouse to reconnect. Also make sure you have charged and working battery in place.

This seems to be a old problem and if you don\t need assistance in solving it. It would be great if you would share to the world how you fixed your problem so other users can benefit from your experience.

Thank you,
