Is there a fuse (or similar) INSIDE a Malibu 600 TW (6.0 Amp)?

There is no fuse
There are no replacement parts for Malibu power packs

Malibulights.com has no troubleshooting steps

Here's what I learned:

Power packs are made to last many years 'in ordinary conditions' >> but they do give out.
Malibu power packs stop working and have to be replaced, they can't be fixed.
Power packs frequently stop working when people disconnect all the lights to work on the system, but they leave the power pack plugged in.
Power packs make a humming sound when ON.
Check electricity to unit to see if power pack has electricity.
Check your GFCIs in bathroom and kitchen.
Plug hair dryer into same receptacle to see if there is power.
Lights have to be replaced as soon as they burn out.
With burned out lights, the power pack will overpower and burn out other lights.
Evidently the power pack with no lights can also burn itself out.
When buying a new power pack, match bulb wattage with power pack wattage.
10 - 20 watt bulbs = 200Watt power pack.
15 - 20 watt bulbs = 300Watt power pack.

I hooked up a trailer to my 04 dodge 2500 (5.7 ltr) and when i plugged in the lights my truck lost all running lights and tail lights. headlights still work and so do turn signals. I checked all the...

your vehicle has a "integrated power module". its a fancy name for a smart fuse box. What likely happened is there is a problem with the trailer wiring. The power module detected the fault and shut down the running lights. The power module will need to be reset at the dealer.

Fuse 15 is a 50 amp fuse for the park lamp relay
Fuse 32 and 34 are 10 amp fuses for the right and left park lights
Fuse 33 is a 10 amp fuse for the trailer park lights.

After it is reset I would not plug in the trailer until the fault is located and repaired.

Power to condenser contact engages nothing happens no sound nothing coming out no power out of it and i tried 3 different contactors and capasitor thanks

Do you have power going into the contactor? When you read the voltage, read it accross the 2 power in wires, if you are not reading 220 volt, nothing will happen, and means that you have one dead power leg,,,,, bad fuse, breaker???
If this helps, please rate the new guy :)
Thanks,
Paul

Ihave a whirlpool electric dryer that just stopped working. i was told there is a fuse i need to change. can you tell me which fuse and where it is located?

If you look in the back inside of the machine where the plugin is. There is the power supply/high-voltage transformer. THis provides power to the unit. Next to it should be a fuse. Either a ceramic or a glass bus type fuse. There should be a thin wire inside of the fuse. The wires can break and then the fuse is no longer any good.

No Power to Microwave, nothing works...

I had a Sears microwave once that about once a year a fuse inside would blow causing no power to get to microwave. I removd the housing and saw a tubular fuse which resembles a older automotive fuse,
about an inch in length with metal ends and ceramic middle. Sears recommended to buy their replacements however I just bought a multi pack from Radio Shack for much cheaper and whenever it quit working I would replace the fuse and plug it back in and it would work just like new.

Power problem with nintendo wii

Hi,
Lets Hope So ?
Check the main fuse in the 3 Pin plug ( if UK )
replace if blown, also check the wires are tight to the plugs pins.
Is There any light Indication On The power Pack/Brick with These ?
Could be a faulty Power Pack.
Check the leads are firmly connected, quite easy to knock a cable out, with an accidental kick or push of the console et,c.

NiCad battery not charging

the charger adapter that plugs into the battery pac from the wall has a fuse inside it open it uo and check the fuse has not blown as that's normally the reason i get no light on the pac also using a small enough file clean off all the terminals and check that the spring terminals contacting the circuit board from the plug are not corroded and contacting correctly

Pioneer DEH-PB40MP No Power

hey, indeed this sounds like a couple of fuses gone bad. I dont know this accurate model, but it shouldnt work any diffrent. Anyway, with the stereo UNPLUGGED remove the covers and inspect inside, especially in the vicinity of the power transformer. The fuses may be glass cylinders with metal caps. There are other types, but the only ones you should probably try to mess with are the glass type, usually about 5/8" long by 1/8" wide. They should ONLY be replaced with the same type. Somewhere on the cap will read something like 3A, 4A, etc. This is the ampere rating. Replace only with same rating. It is foolish and dangerous to just go out and grab whatever fuse is laying in your car's glove-box, for example. There may be a couple fuses. As I said, there are other types of fusible devices, but they would require a tester and some limited knowledge of electronics to test. The glass-bodied fuses can usually be seen to be either good or bad by looking at the filament inside.
