Right-click on the loudspeaker icon at the bottom of the taskbar, and check that the source for the sound is correctly selected.

My 93 year old ad has the snapfon and we can hear him on the other end of call but he cannot hear us! Maybe he has touched some button to turn volume down or off? Theresa Foy

Hi - it appears your dad has turned down the in-call speaker volume on the phone. This is a very easy fix. When on a call, he needs to simply push the + side of the volume rocker switch 3-4 times or until the volume is where he wants it. When you are with him, the in-call volume can be locked from the settings menu. For additional help, please call us at 800-937-1532.

I can barley hear my dragon 10.1 even at full volume

If you are talking about speaker volume, not earphone volume, chances are you have a defective speaker assembly unit which must be replaced.

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

Can't hear anything in my bluetooth headset, mic is working

Hi--First, make sure your "mute" function is off.  Try holding both volume buttons at the same time for a second or two.  If that doesn't help, while you're having a conversation, either with or without bluetooth, make sure your phone's volume is turned up.  On a lot of phones the volume button will control both ringer and conversation volumes, but turning it up without the phone in use only affects the ringer volume.  My husband thought there was something wrong with his bluetooth until we noticed his phone volume was set too low--not as noticeable on handset, but bluetooth apparently needs volume up pretty high!
