SOURCE: what size gas line can be used to run to the attic

Hi, If you are trying to get gas to the furnace, you will have to tee off the water heater with 1/2" black iron gas pipe up to the unit. This is code. At the end if the run you will need to install a gas shut off valve and reduce to 3/8" flare to connect a 36" flex to furnace. I have 2 men who do just this, run gas lines all day. That is how it is done. Hard work. We use a rigid portable pipe machine to do this. Best of luck,

SOURCE: Bryant Plus 90 Furnace - Blower works fine and

PRSSURE, DRAFT SAFGUARD, AUX-LIMIT SWITCH(WHEN USED)OR BLOCKED VENT
SWITCH(WHEN USED) DID NOT CLOSE OR REOPENED (DOWNFLOWONLY)
If open longer than five minutes, inducer shuts off for 15 minutes
before retry.
Check for:
* proper vent sizing
* defective inducer motor
* restricted vent
* excessive wind
* low inducer voltage(115VAC)
* defective blower motor or capacitor
* defective pressure switch
* inadequate combusstion air supply
* disconnected or obstructed pressure tubing
If it opens after trial for ignition period, blower will come on for
90 sec. recycle delay.
Check your air filter for blockage, check pressure switch for a buildup of moisture. Make sure your inducer motor is turning and creating a vacuum to the pressure switch. Make sure all venting is clear and free of water or debris. Make sure there is no water in inducer motor and all drains are draining.

SOURCE: Bryant Plus 90i furnace vibration

You have not mentioned if the vent pipe has any anti-vibration mounts or not. If not, use rubber mounts to suspend the vent. It may be transmitting your noise.

I have a bryant gas furnace plus 90 the furnace kicks on and the pilot lights but the fan that blows the heat thru the house wont turn on! I keep getting error code 44 and 41 what can i do to fix that?

make sure fan wheel turns freely
check for voltage to fan--if you have voltage check capacitor output against capacitor rating, must be withing 5%, if that checks out replace blower motor

Bryant plus 80 heat exchager is cracked, i'm looking for a replacement heat exchanger

Hate to tell you but heat exchangers are hard to match up. Unless it is relatively new then in most cases they have a warranty of 10 years. So you will have to replace furnace. You might be able to find a used furnace or go to web site and enter model number of your Bryant to get replacement.
