Sounds like a stuck fan relay or broken or disconnected temperature sensor or the control unit needs to be reset or replaced.
If the car is under warranty take it to a dealer for that car type.
More info about the car type, year etc. and someone may be able to help you better than just a general question.

Connection between Climate CTRL and the Radiator Fan?

the cooling fan is designed to come on when the setting is in defrost or A/C mode . the a/c compressor is set up to come on in the winter to help keep the seals flexible by running and cooling fans run to help provide air across the condenser and radiator to cool engine water and makes a/c cold in summer time use . cooling fan will cycle as it reads data from related sensors. this is a normal condition with your car

2004 ford thunderbird< radiator fan keep running

Hi Kevin. Since your fan run even when the engine is cold,my advise is to go direct to the temperature sensor, which actually is the main culprit for causing the confusion to the ECU. Since the temperature sensor does not work correct, the message send to the ECU is wrong - like is sending that the engine is hot - the ECU order the fan to start. Also there is another possibility for the fan relay to remain stuck and leave the fan to work constantly.

Good Luck.

Radiator fan stays on even after engine is off and cold

A thermal switch controls cooling fan operation independently. If the cooling fan keeps running long after shutdown, that switch may have become too independent and will have to be replaced

How do you properly bleed the coolant system on a 1994 Toyota Celica 1.8 stx?

If even possible, it sounds as though your water
pump is not turning the right way

It isn't even moving any water & that is all
you worked on, unless the thermostat somehow
could go in backwards

Will the bad waterpump on a 2003 pontiac aztek cause the temperature to overheat sometimes but run good others?

the water pump is working
the problem indicates blocked radiator cores preventing full flow at high rpm
have it flow tested by an accredited radiator shop or just fit a new radiator

Overheating

OVERHEATING CAN BE CAUSE BY MANY THINGS LIKE FAULTY THERMOSTAT AND FAULTY RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP,TOO MUCH WATER IN COOLANT SYSTEM NEED 50 / 50 WATER AND ANTIFREEZE.LOOK FOR WATER PUMP WEEP HOLE LEAK, IF COOLANT LEAKING OUT WEEP HOLE WATER PUMP BAD NEED REPLACING.CHECK FOR LOW COOLANT LEVEL, YOUR RADIATOR OVERFLOW JUG SHOULD HAVE COOLANT AT THE FULL COLD MARK IF NOT KEEP ADDING COOLANT INTO COOLANT OVERFLOW JUG UNTIL COOLANT STOP DROPPING AND FULL COLD MARK, IF OVERFLOW COOLANT JUG WAS EMPTY RADIATOR IS LOW ON COOLANT.WHICH CAUSE AIR IN COOLANT SYSTEM KEEPING THE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR FROM BEING SUBMERGE IN HOT COOLANT WHICH TURN ON THE COOLANT FANS.WHEN ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE GET CERTAIN SET TEMPERATURE LIKE 190 DEGREES THE PCM AND COOLANT SENSOR WILL TURN ON COOLANT FANS, IF VECHICLE OVERHEATING COOLANT FANS NOT WORKING EITHER YOU HAVE FAULTY ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CHECK COOLANT FANS FUSE AND RELAYS. YOU CAN CODE SCAN CAR TO SEE IF YOU HAVE FAULTY PCM, FAULTY ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR OR FAULTY COOLANT FAN RELAY.IF COOLANT FAN AND ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR OKAY,YOU HAVE CORRECT COOLANT LEVEL IN COOLANT SYSTEM, THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP BEEN REPLACED, YOU COULD HAVE BLOWN HEAD GASKET CHECK ENGINE OIL LOOKS LIKE MILK SHAKE HEAD GASKET BLOWED ALSO WHEN HEAD GASKET BLOWED YOU CAN DRIVE CAR SHORT DISTANCE START OVERHEATING AND YOU LOOSE ENGINE POWER SUSPECT BLOWED HEAD GASKET.

The Auxilliary FANS keep on turning ON even if the engine is stop or no ignition please HELP

The fans will run even if the vehicle is off. This is to keep the engine from overheating
after it is shut off. (residual heat). Now if the fans run continuously after the
vehicle is shut off and do not shut off in say, 15 minutes then the fan relay may
be stuck or the temperature sensor has failed. The fans may also come on after
a long drive several minutes after the vehicle has stopped as heat builds up
because there is no air flowing across the radiator. They may even be controlled
by the engine computer in some vehicles. You can have a code check
run at many parts stores for free.
Also, check the coolant
level with the vehicle off and totally cold at the radiator itself to be sure that
it's not low (Even if the reserve tank is full you can still be low creating hot pockets in
the block). Make sure the overflow tubes are connected to the reserve tank
I have seen them fall off and drain the radiator slowly without being noticed.
Hope this helps.

My lancer 2004 when I start the the engne the fan is running right away even the radiator is still cold and when the engine is turned of the fan is still running for aobut 3 to 5 seconds before it finally...

engine thermostat is a triggering devise to make the fan's work. seconds before it stop when the engine is off, normal for the engine high temperature but it's sign abnormality in the system. fans also runs when the air conditioning unit is "on" to keep the engine operating temperature for its additional load from the unit. need to check if the air conditioning is in "on" position, especially the engine thermostat it may be stuck.

Both radiator fans on my 2002 Toyota Solara V6 run constantly

Check to see if the radiator fan relay has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Once you located the relay, (in the fuse box under the hood) Try swapping it out with another relay and see if the fans stop, if the fans stop working with the swapped relay, replace the relay. It's know for the relays when they go bad to stick and will have a close loop. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon.
