After completing the 45 minute relearn procedure for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix message center Now says system not programmed

Relearn for what ? Anti theft system PK3 ? The relearn procedure is three 10 min. procedures for a total of 30 min.
30-Minute Relearn Procedure
Use this procedure after replacing the following components:
?€¢
The passkey III (PK3) keys

?€¢
The BCM

?€¢
The PCM, see important above

Important: This procedure is not available on vehicles equipped with option code (Z49).
If replacing a BCM with an GM SPO Replacement Part, perform the procedure to setup a new BCM prior to the 30-minute relearn procedure.

  1. With a master passkey III key, turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
  2. Observe the STARTING DISABLED DUE TO THEFT message on the drivers information center (DIC), after approximately 10 minutes the STARTING DISABLED DUE TO THEFT message on the DIC will turn off.
  3. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times for a total of 3 cycles or 30 minutes.
  5. Important: The vehicle learns the key transponder information and/or passwords on the ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.
  6. With a master passkey III key, start the vehicle. The vehicle has now learned the key transponder information and the PCM has now learned the fuel continue password.
  7. With a scan tool, clear any DTCs.

Where is the body control module located in 2002 gmc envoy?

It's under your back seat. See here for picture http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/261068608953?lpid=82
Here is the relearn procedure which you have to perform so the new BCM will recognize your key and start the car:
For those vehicles that use a BCM, the BCM can learn the resistance value of the existing key by using the relearn process. In order for the vehicle to start, the BCM (as well as the Passkey module in other vehicles) must identify the resistor pellet in the key, then the BCM sends a password to the PCM. If this password matches the password stored in the PCM, the system enables fuel delivery. So you can see that if either the BCM or PCM are replaced, a relearn procedure is necessary. This same relearn procedure can be used if an ignition key with a different resistance value is used to replace the existing key. Before beginning the relearn, make sure there is a fully charged battery in the vehicle, and both the BCM and PCM are properly powered up and in communication with each other. Now you're ready to initiate the relearn procedure.

1. First, insert the ignition key and turn the ignition switchto the "On" position (Do not start the engine). Leave the switch on for 11 minutes. The security light may flash or be on steady during this 11 minute period. Make sure the light is no longer on or flashing before proceeding to #2 .
2. Turn the ignition switchoff for 30 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switchto the "On" position (as in step #1) for 11 minutes again.
4. Turn the ignition switchoff for another 30 seconds.
5. Turn the ignition switchto the "On" position for 11 minutes a third time.
6. Turn the ignition switchoff for 30 seconds one final time.
7. Turn the ignition switchto the "On" position one final time and wait 30 seconds.
8. Attempt to start the engine. If the engine starts and runs normally, the relearn is complete. If the engine does not start, check for trouble codes and address them before attempting the relearn procedure again.
You can pick one oif these up for $20 or less at a junkyard. Did the relearn for the master window switch - window goes down good but then stops 1 inch from closing completing on the way up. You have to manually close it the rest of the way? What do you do to

Start here... With the key on, engine off, press and hold the window switch in the down position for 5 seconds after the window reaches the bottom of its travel. Then hold the window switch in the up position for 5 seconds after the window reaches the top of its travel. This will relearn the positions and the the window should operate as desired.

S class mercedes 2.8. Changed battery and now only cranks over but does not start. Shows "Start Error" messgae on dash board

Your computer in the car needs to relearn your key signal. It might tell you how to relearn in your manual. But I would just turn the key on without starting and let it set for 5 min. Turn it on and off a couple more times for like a min each then try to start the car.
