Hp Presario Microphone.

This laptop doesn't have an internal microphone, according to page 6-2 of the manual, which you can get to by clicking here.


Page 5-3 illustrates where to connect an external mic, it's the input with a pink ring around it.

Viewing the Compaq Presario V2200, (PK800AV)
I see no built-in microphone. There is a microphone jack. (As Scotty of Star Trek would say, "How quaint")

Viewing the laptop from the front, it's on the left side.
There are two small round holes, (jack ports)
From the front going towards the back, it's the second hole back.
