Question about Computers & Internet
Hi there, as this is only MS Word related, I believe you should try re-installing the MS Office, instead of dealing with the drivers and etc. You can also try to disable the macros and auto-correct options.

Try hitting the function key down by the left ctl key and the numlock button (top row of keyboard) at the same time. You have the number pad turned on. Usually thos keys are shaded a different color like blue instead of whites

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had trouble initially with the same error message as deedee 222 8 and cannot give exact instructions. Try intalling old version, uninstall and then install upgrade 390 from Philips web site. I had to restart 3 times to get rid of an error messge on boot up but then it worked!

You have to unlock the FN key on your keyboard. It seems to be locked in place. I had the same problem and resolved it by looking for a "num lock" , "function lock" or actual blue image of a lock on the keys. Mine is located under the "Scroll" button. Press this along with the FN and your keyboard should go back to normal

On 32-bit machines: Use the windows search feature to find "hidserv.dll." Once located, copy the file and paste it into the %systemroot%\system32\ directory. Open the "Run" dialog box by keying the windows + R. Type "services.msc" and hit enter. Locate the HID Input Service. Right click and click "start." This should solve the issue!!
