Question about Video Game Consoles & Games

Open Question

I have recently purchased a second hand wii cyberbike but there is no power going to the bike. I have connected the handle bar lead to the pedals and connected the lead from the front of the bike to my wii. I can get in the game fine but will not give me the option to use the gamecube controller only the wii remote. Someone please help me as I'm at my wits end

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: wii will play gamecube games but not wii games

I heard something on youtube about that. It seems that the disc is hitting on the case so you would have to take it apart and fix it.

SOURCE: my nintendo gamecube controller won't work in my nintendo wii

Are you talking about the controller or memory card?? If the controller try plugging it into the second gamecube controller slot even if you are wanting it for player one. This is the only way I have been able to get it to work.

SOURCE: connecting intec gamecube screen

The Intec Gamecube screen requires both a 12 volt DC input and the AV input. The larger connection is the AV cable which plugs into the back of the Gamecube console. The smaller round cable is the 12 volt DC input cable that goes to the power source for your screen. The solution is to either get the original splitter cable that splits the DC power to the screen and the Gamecube, or use separate 12 v DC inputs for each device. These original Intec splitter cables are rare and are not cheap, and the only place I have found them for sale is at the NES Repair Shop:

The only other solution is having separate 12 v input cables for the screen and the Gamecube. And finding the right size (very small) is also a task.

Do you need a cable to connect the cyberbike to the wii console

It should be able to connect via wireless. Simply switch on your Wii console, insert the disc and Cyberbike will connect via wireless access, just follow the simple instructions and you're off.

I am not sure if I understand the question? In order to stay on the bike, you need to pedal. Once you stop the caracter gets off the bike.

Hello, Yes, there is a manual, it can be downloaded at www.cyberbike-thegame.com click on the support section. It is likely that you have a defective handlebar if the Gamecube controller is not an option. If it is the case, we will send you free of charge a replacement. Best way to proceed is to send us an e-mail at support@bigbeninteractive.com

How do i get the pedals to work on the cyberbike

Hi

had this problem too!! they didn't tell you this in all the instructions! it took me a while to work it out.

What you have too do is when you start the game and you are actually in the game, (you are past the advertisment bit) you have to have your bike switched to gamecube as your lead is connected to the game cube section. you can then have to select the game cube remote this means you can use the bikes controls rather than holding the wii remote. When you have clicked on the game you want you then have to switch the bike back to the cyber bike you can then pedal doing it this way seems to set the bike for use.

i have tried many combinations and this has worked!

the switch i am talking about is the switch on the main part of the bike controls at the bottom in front of you!

good luck i hope this made sense and it works for you!

Hi I am having trouble connecting my cyberbike to the mario kart game, has anyone had success with configuring the bike to the game or can help me to connect them together. Thanks

Look into http://www.fixya.com/support/t7615389-get. It'll work definely well with you Cyberbike paddling as speed control as well! Oh a word of warning, it's very very tiring to bicycle with 'Mario Kart' - an 'extreme excercise' NOT Recommend for old forks or 'light hearted' person!!!

PS. Wants more, the Cyberbike also supports 'Need for speed - Undercover' & 'Donkey Kong' !!!

Have fun...! As I'm cycling everyday with my Cyberbike Kart...
