oohn ive seen this before in some units especally on ones that are in heavy use (lots of water to remove) the drain hole inside unit drain gets stopped up with black mold (wet enviroment it grows quite well) unplug unit and some minor dissasembly of the outter case and it soon becomes obvious what the problem be , i have been somewhat sucessfull with a mild laundry bleach in a trigger sprayer to kill mold and use a pencil to poke open drain holes

A slightly larger unit is also available from Haier, the DE65EJ that uses R-410a, which is a more efficient refrigerant and allows the unit to be perhaps 20% more efficient. That larger unit is rated for 65 pints a day, and uses 710 watts. It is a bit heavier than the DE45EJ also.
Delongi doesn't list an Owner's/Operational Manual for your model
dehumidifier. However, you can contact their Customer Support Dept at
800-322-3848. They can email you an Owners Manual. Be sure you have the correct model
number for your unit, before calling.
I also had exactly the same problem with my RAM170 Dehumidifier, it's a very common problem with them.
The good news is, assuming the motor winding has not burnt out, then problems with the fan motor can easily be corrected.
It's now over two years ago that I carried out the following procedure with the motor in my RAM 170 and it has continued to function with no further problems.
Firstly take a photograph or make a drawing of the motor assemble, then fully dismantle it.
Thoroughly clean all the black (gungy) mess off the spindle and bearings, WD40 is good for this.
Next apply a small amount of light grade oil (it must be thin oil) such as Singer Sewing Machine oil (about 60 pence for a small can) to the spindle and bearings, then fully reassemble.
When assembled the motor should spin freely.
