Question about Skype IM
Make sure they have run a video and sound test. When they are on line - ask them to check to make sure their camera is on (if they have one) Sometimes people don't realize they done even have a camera or that it's on. Have them look at the menu bar to see if the camera tool has an X over it. If it does then they don't have it on.
