My T300 Bobcat is not getting enough fuel.
The manuel fuel bulb is compressed when the
Bobcat is starving for fuel. I took the bulb off and blow compressed air in the hose . Without the bulb being on the hose it works as it should. Is there something on the end of the hose in the tank? Or could it be a kink in the hose that when the engine is sucking it colapse the kink?

I would make sure your line in tank isnt floating and I have heard about the rubber lines forming vaccuum and collapsing temporarily. I would blow out your lines and check fuel filter and I have some diagrams with parts list should show you everything you are wanting to know, good luck!
diesel engine give good service provided that the fuel is clean and with no air in the system
the problem can be air in the fuel lines to the pump, blocked filters , vent problem at the tank.
diesel fuel suffers from a moss growth in the fuel tanks which blocks the filters and can cause injector tip problems
As the engine starts and runs I would change the fuel filter and bleed all the air out for a starter
you may also drain the water trap under the filter or in the water separator filter before the filter
If you see evidence of the moss ( brown slimy looking substance in the filters ) use a good quality diesel fuel conditioner to kill it off
The pickup tube is located on the top of the tank.it goes through a rubber seal that holds it in place.pull up on the fitting and it should pop out.make sure the plastic line doesnt have anything in it by blowing compressed air into it after you get it out in the open.
I found help when I purchased the repair manual for 10 bucks. On line downloaded the entire official thing and saved time with many basic issues. Forum are fine too. No need to pay Bobcat or anyone else big money for a 20 year old manual,
What model of suitcase? Could be the contactor in the suitcase, could be the mig gun. Are you using the CV setting on the Bobcat, instead of CC? Is the Bobcat on the high CV setting and the dial most of the way?
you need to take off thr right rear tire and remove inspection plate, then reach in and pull line from top of tank. if pickup tube is original eqip. it has probably broke off. you will find 3/4 of old tube in bottom of tank. go to bobcat dealer and get replacement tube, which is now all poly and flexible. while you are at it,reroute fuel line to the plunger,by putting it down bottom right side of engine, right under motor mount below alternator. an easy test of fuel line is to take off fuel cap and then blow air in hose at primer bulb towards tank.if you hear the air at fuel tank opening, your tube is broken. if you hear bubbling line should be good. you need to have a can of air in your tool kit,go to walmart and get can of air in the electronics department, the opening is small, get yourself an male air fitting from automotives and put on end of air can,use pipe tape on end. if fuel line gets dirty you can blow back to tank at primer bulb, this an emergency fix,if primer bulb is collapsed the line is clogged or pickup is clogged.
This sounds like the carb needs to be adjusted like it is letting to much fuel into the cylinder. There is supposed to be fuel and air mixture in the cylinder to make it fire. If there is to much fuel what will happen is that it will just build up in there and the air wont get hot enough as it compresses to start the engine.
