Hi, You can get the unlock code by contacting your current service provider customer care department. If your phone is locked you can use any of your friends phone to make this call. The service provider will then provide you the unlocking codes.. Remember that the reason why the codes are provided only thro customer service provider is they will make a check on your name and identity proof at the time of your call. If the information is found to be correct and matching with their data then you will be provided with the codes. Everything is done for free of cost and you are not going to be charged for this process. This is the universal solution and is useful for many customers who are facing these kind of problems. Don't believe in any websites which provides unlock codes. All are fake. Only your service provider can provide these codes. Thank you !!
You'll wanna ensure your phone is totally charged. Also, let it completely drain before putting back on the charger. This will help with the charging memory. As for the phone. Do a master reset: to do a "Master Reset". I went to "Settings," "Other Settings,"
"Initial Setup," "Master Reset" and put in the security code. "1234" is
the security code if you have not reset yours.
It'll get the phone back to as you got out of the box, day one! Your numbers will be fine. You'll notice the ringtone and the wall paper will be the orignals.
