Force 120, 1999, no start cold, stalls out after running for 10 min, cranks hard restarts after sitting few minutes. Think fuel pump, any mercy mechanics out there that can give me a hand with this

Don't know this car. Check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge- if correct, not a problem with the pump. Also make sure the pressure will hold for some time with key off. It should hold pressure for several minutes, maybe 20 minutes, some maybe a bit less, but it must hold pressure for a time. If pressure is good, check for spark when it won't restart. If spark is lost, suspect the crank position sensor.

How do you reset the low tire pressure light?

To reset the tire pressure system, do the following:

(NOTE!....Do not reset the check tire pressure system without first
correcting the cause of the problem and checking
and adjusting the pressure in all four tires. If you reset
the system when the tire pressures are incorrect,
the check tire pressure system will not work properly
and may not alert you when a tire is low or high.)

1. With the engine off, turn the ignition to ON.
2. Press the MODE button until the DIC reads LOW
TIRE PRESSURE HOLD SET TO RESET.
3. Press and hold the SET button until you hear a
chime, and TIRE PRESSURE RESET is displayed.

You will hear three chimes, then the LOW TIRE
PRESSURE message will go off and the DIC will return
to TIRE PRESSURE NORMAL. If the LOW TIRE
PRESSURE message comes back on, the check tire
pressure system has not reset. Repeat the procedure.
The system completes the calibration process during
driving. The system learns the pressure at each tire
throughout the operating speed range of your vehicle.
The system normally takes between 30 and 60 minutes of
driving to learn the tire pressures. The system normally
takes 10 to 20 minutes of driving in each speed range to
learn tire pressures. The speed ranges are 20 to 40 mph
(32 to 64 km/h), 40 to 60 mph (64 to 96 km/h), and above
60 mph (96 km/h). This time may be longer depending on
your individual driving habits. The learning process does
not need to be completed during a single trip. Once
learned, the system will remember the tire pressure until
the system is reset.

Coolant system holding pressure

Holding pressure is a good thing. When it doesn't hold pressure worry. The cooling system Is a close system and when the coolant gets hot it actually expands creating pressure. Once it reaches a certain temperature the thermostat opens allowing hot coolant back into the radiator to cool and if there is to much pressure in the radiator a valve on the cap allows the coolant into the reservoir. When hot there's pressure which is why you should never open a cooling system when hot.

Ford expedition stalls

Sounds like fuel pressure regulator faulty, not holding correct pressure in rail. Check fuel pressure before and after filter, attach fuel pressure tester to rail turn key on check pressure, does it hold? If it doesn't regulator is bad.
