How to rebuild dana 60 front?

Fully rebuild, or partial rebuild? Pinion, ring, spider gears, pumpkin, bearings? Rebuilding it FULLY and PROPERLY is a big story, one too big to relate here, and it takes quite a lot of special tooling (differential spreader, dial indicators, etc). Please don't attempt this unless you have a well equipped shop.

If you just need to replace the spider gears, that's easy. Drain the oil, remove the cover, rotate the pumpkin until you can unbolt the crosspin. Push/pull the crosspin out, rotate the spider gears until they come out. Remove the side gears. Remove all four thrust washers.

Replace all four thrust washers, then the new side gears, then mesh the new spider gears with the side gears & rotate them into place. If the crosspin hole won't line up, rotate one axle shaft until it does. Install the new crosspin and bolt it in. Replace the cover gasket and cover, refill.

Going further requires a LOT more work, but you'll need to remove the spider & side gears first anyway. If you're replacing bearings or the pumpkin or the ring & pinion, you'll need a bunch of new shims to work with until you can get the ring-pinion clearance exactly right. You'll also need a differential spreader to get enough space to remove/install the pumpkin with its bearings in place. If you're replacing the pinion gear, you'll need to take some painfully exact measurements or you'll NEVER get the ring/pinion clearances correct.

You need to remove & rebuild the steering box

I would have done that first

Then work my way to other
parts away from it

You adjust it after you rebuild it

Do I have to buy new bikes to get higher range of gears?

Actually no! you can visit your bike shop and ask them for higher range. What they do is change the front wheel ring in order to give you higher range.

My 2002 dodge 1500 has 392 rear end gears iwhant 353 gears what do ido

you can remove the axles and the drive shaft then open the differential to remove the carrier gear assembly(ring gear, side gears)then remove the pinion gear.replace these with the new gear set and get the clearance specs for the pinion depth and carrier gear clearance and adjust until within specs.you can either pickup new gear sets or one from the wreckers with the shims to start with.you will need a backlash dial gage to know if the backlash clearance is within specs as well as marking ink to know if the gear mating surface is riding in the proper area of contact.

Chevy distributer gear worn out gear 1997 C3500 7.4

Gears wearing out can be due to lack of lubrication.
Since you have already replaced the gear, not a bad idea to recheck if its ok and tht there is enough of lubricant (oil) going to the gear and around it.
Hope this helps!

VW Golf 3 jumping out of gears

Sounds like a stripped reverse gear. And for the second gear probally need a new gear (1st 2nd) and the syncros with a new hub. If too much metal from the gears has already made it's way around in the bearings through the transmission oil you might be looking at a new transmission. The Golf 3 generation had many problems with reverse gears. Sorry to be the one to tell you.
