I have the manual, which does not address either of these issues. I did however, find online that this phone is quite selective in which bluetooth accessories work with the tv function.

in LG type phones, this actually easy.. first the easy part is to activate your bluetooth. check also your settings and your bluetooth name for you to know your device. if it is a phone to phone transmission, both must be activated. choose the picture but notice a bluetooth symbol on top of your screen usually beside the clock should be activated or moving. go to options then choose send.. there will be choices like infrared, bluetooth, etc. of course, choose bluetooth. it will re access and prompt the you and the receiver the bluetooth detected. then done.
