a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: workcentre c2424 is showing system error 39,003.40:117010

That is a document feed or scanner fault. Often times it is simply that molex connector working loose. It is the connector mounted vertically next to the main power cord on the right rear side of the machine. That bottom screw can be dificult to tighten. What I would try first is to shut the machine off, unscrew and disconnect that conntecot totally then firmly slide it in and get both the top and bottom screwss tight. Like I said, the bottom thumb screw can be hard to tighten even with a screw driver because it is a pretty soft rubber the tighteners are made out of.
If that doesnt work. go to the back and disconnect the document feed to scanner cables and reconnect. Other than that, you pretty much have to replace the feeder/scaner assembly since very very few parts are spared for that .

SOURCE: Close the Tray Top Cover

Hi,

First disconnect all cables from the workcentre to the computer. Next reboot the computer and restart the printer. Do not connect. First download and install the drivers mentioned in the link bellow on the system to which the machine is primarily is connected.

http://www.office.xerox.com/multifunction-printer/color-multifunction/workcentre-7655-7665-7675/sprt-enus.html

Now while installation it will ask you to connect the printer. Connect the cables now and I am sure the error will disappear. If the error is still there then its a manual problem with the hardware and you need to carry it to a local hardware shop to get some part replaced.

Thanks

Workcentre 7242, it was showing 01-333 fault at first but after correction another error 010-319 how can i sort out this error code

Error 010-333 for this machine is "Fuser Center Thermistor Overtemp (Over temperature) or Overheat Error"
Error 010-319 for this machine doesn't seem to exist (Yes - I know you've got it - hence the problem post.)
Error 010-319 for other Workstation models (7655, 7665, 7675, 7755, 7765, 7775) is "Fuser Heat Control problem *NOTE: This code must be cleared from Diagnostic Mode"
As regards fixing this error the Xerox website should be helpful

Xerox 7655 can it borderless print

No it's fisically not possible. There will always be an edge.
Try to print on a bigger piece of paper and cut it.

Xerox workcentre pro 55 pcl xl error

We have a WorkCentre 7655 that has been working fine for ages but is now causing some issues. A user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing.

The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"

As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.
