Problem for CTX S762A (Silver) 17" LCD Monitor
Failing to tune LCD monitor

I recently imported a pajero GDI from Japan. In it is a Casio LCD monitor Model no VM 101S which is already connected. Unfortunately i can not get this to work as i am failing to tune it. It has a working remote control but i can get this unit to work. Can you please assist.

I suspect that this is an HDTV. If so, the TV system in Japan is not compatable with that in the North America or other countries. Unless the TV is a multistandard set that is compatable to the system at your location, it will not be able to receive broadcast signals.
It is important to take care about the electrical power requirements. In Japan if I remember correctly, they use 100 VAC / 60 Hz. In North America they use 120 VAC / 60 Hz. In many other parts of the world they use 220 ~ 240 VAC / 50 Hz. With many types of appliances, unless specified by the manufacture, connecting the device to an improper power source will cause damage.
