In some CMOS setup settings the prompt can be turned off.
Enter CMOS setup by holding down key as PC boots.
Common keys are DEL, F1, F2, and F12. Try each of these keys until you enter setup, then find setting to show prompt.

It may be asking you to press the "F1" key because it is having a hardware problem which should be checked, or you may need to adjust the settings in BIOS. It can also be an indication that you need to replace the CMOS battery. Try this: Go to your BIOS and load default settings.2 Mar 2012

This tip will provide you with pictures and instructions to make it as easy as possible.

Before we start doing any installation, you need to know, that all the data on your C - drive or System drive will be lost. To ensure that you do not use any data, remember to backup all the data.

Firstly you need to insert the Windows 7 dvd into the dvd rom. Now, restart your computer, where you will be promted with the following screen. Once you see this screen, press any key to boot from the installation disc.

Help please , hardware monitor found error

First, try by reinstalling Nero 7. If that doesnt work, it could be that your graphics driver does not have enough built in memory, and you will probably need to replace that. You could try installing the latest version of the driver for your graphics card first..

How much RAM do you have on your system? 128MB should be fine, but I recommend at least 512 MB installed.

Check these first and let me know how it goes..

Start up problem/error

Can you get to the desktop? If so you need to update the drivers for the chip on the motherboard. Once you do this see if this corrects the problem. This is a known item if not please respond back to me.
