You must try to reset the microprocessor in the Clock/Radio. To do this you must unplug the Clock/Radio from the A/C power source.Then remove the Internal battery(CR2430). Let the Clock/Radio set without a power source for about 3 hours. This will discharge the microprocessor and reset it. After you have discharged the microprocessor,you can reinstall the internal battery. Connect the Clock/Radio to the A/C power source. The Clock/Radio's Functions should have returned to normal function. If the Clock/Radio did not return to normal function, you must replace the internal battery and again let the microprocessor discharge. After the microprocessor has discharged,put in the new internal battery and reconnect the Clock/Radio to the A/C power source. The Clock/Radio should have returned to normal function. If you are still having problem with the functions of the Clock/Radio, You will have to call Emerson Customer Support.
