Why brake not working even after installing new master cyliner?

the brake system has to be led after fitting a new master cylinder . start at the longest line and work back to the shortest. Have a mate help by pumping the pedal a few times and holding down while you open the bleed nipple . close of and re-pump and hold down while you again open the nipple .
continue the exercise until there is just fluid coming out of the nipple. close of and move to the next wheel and repeat exercise.

How to Bleed Your Brakes

There are two basic methods of Brake fluid bleeding.
By only one person,using a Vacuum Pump/Brake Bleed Kit.
By two persons,using the pressure of piston at the master cylinder.
Lift up your car with 4 jack stands, and remove all wheels.
In two cases, the most important task is to make sure the bleed nipple can be loosened.
You need a box wrench that fits the bleeder nipple. A little penetrating oil on the nipples overnight will help. If it doesn’t help, apply heat (butane torch or similar) and then spray again with WD40. With some moderate tapping with a hammer to break any corrosion, loosen the nipples.
If the bleed nipples are welded solid in the caliper then you need to have the nipples drilled out and heli-coils fitted by a local engineering workshop.
So it is a good idea each time you bleed the brakes replace the bleed nipples with the new one.
Use at least, High-Performance DOT 3 or DOT4 Brake Fluid.
An unopened can has a long shelf life. An opened can absorbs humidity, and should be discarded within a few weeks.
Fit a piece of clear tubing over the bleed screw nipple and run the hose into a clear bottle. Unscrew the Bleed Nipple about a 1/4 turn and go pump the brake pedal and keep refilling the reservoir before it goes below the 3/4 mark or air will be drawn into the system, close the bleeder.
Torque the bleed nipples to only 30-50 inch pounds (about 3– 5`foot pounds). Don’t forget to put on the rubber caps.
Repeat until clean/clear fluid comes out. Move to the next wheel until all are done.
Depend on what dual braking system your car has, the pattern is different.
Ensure you have a nice firm brake pedal before you take the car off the jacks.
Make sure that you clean up any spills with a rag and ensure that you dispose of your waste brake fluid in a responsible and safe manner.

two of you needed here ,put a big screwdriver into the operating arm and pull it back so the piston goes in ,slacken bleed nipple then helper pushes clutch down -hold it down then tighten nipple .repeat a few times and you will feel pressure on the clutch arm ,now get helper to push pedal down and hold it down ,pull bar to push piston in as it moves you open nipple then close it after a squirt of air comes out and repeat this a few times and it should have a hard pedal

start by the wheel furthest from you brake master cylinder have some want pump the brakes 3times and hold their foot on the pedal while you open the nipples, ones nipple is closed repeat till all the air bubbles are out and move on to the next wheel check fluid in reservoir regularly

1985 20 hp is stif hard to move left or right

pretty common problem - you need to get some MARINE grease for your grease gun and shoot the pivot grease nipples- some models had a special nipple that needed a gun from the marina- (so you could not put auto grease there)

Move it back and forth as you shoot the grease. I have used a torch to warm up the bits to get the grease to flow.

Also- if the motor is new to you- they have a friction of some sort on them to keep them going straight when you let go- you might want to loosen that befor trying to fix a problem that isn't there.

How do I flush the heater core in a 1991 dodge grand caravan

first it is a waste of time, buy a new core and install it. if you like tilting at windmills, remove the heater hoses from the nipples protruding through the firewall, ,hold the end of a garden hose over one open nipple and have someone turn on the hose. move the hose back and forth from one nipple to the other a few times. the grime you are trying to remove has melded itself to the core and for the most part will not be coming out. costs nothing though so does not hurt to try. you will have antifreeeze dripping all over when you take the hoses off so have something to collect it.

Brake bleeding

You could get yourself a brake bleeding kit. Otherwise you need a short piece of hose to fit on the bleed nipples on the callipers, a small container to catch the fluid that is being pumped out and someone to work the brake pedal. Fill the brake cylinder, start at the wheel furthest from the brake pedal. Fit the hose to the nipple and loosen the nipple. Put the other end of the hose in the container with a little fluid in it so that no air is sucked back into the system. You helper pumps the brake slowly until all the air is removed, this can be seen by the bubbles coming out of the hose at the wheel. Hold down the brake and close the nipple.
Repeat all this on each wheel in turn moving towards the nearest wheel to the brake. Make sure that the cylinder does not run out of fluid.

remove brake fluid filler cap start at the wheel closest to cervo then move away so front to back remove road wheel there is a brake nipple on the caliper put a piece of tubing around nipple and into a jar with clean brake fluid in it loosen nipple get some one to pump brake peddle about 10 times on the final stroke keep peddle pushed to floor then tighten nipple up pump brake peddle a few time should be hard then repeat all wheels rear should only have 1 nipple for rear wheels but check this any way

I am using a aspire 5920 model ,the problem is the cursor behaves nuts,it stops vertical scrolling & jumps to top weirdly & does not move down by touch pad but does so by the arrow keys ,also while...

This is usually caused by a faulty nipple, does your laptop have a pointing nipple in the middle of your keys? If so then I would be pretty sure that this is damaged and is causing the mouse problems.
Now as a technician I've fixed this before really simply by opening up the laptop to get to the keyboard connector, and putting a little bit of paper over the part of the connector that connects the nipple, then the nipple is effectively dead and the touchpad works fine again. I wouldnt reccomend you undertake this unless you felt absolutely confident and follow a guide, its easy to rip the keyboard cable or damage other parts.
Anyway thats assuming that is the problem, do you have a nipple in the middle of the keys?
