We purchased your Fall River Motion Patio Set with Moss cushions from Home Depot. Received with one damaged Bottom seat cushion. This is over three weeks ago.. We have had numerous phone calls, emails, and chat sessions with them and they seem to place the blame for the lack of response on you! During the first phone conversations we were told to dispose of the defective cushion and the replacement would be on the way. Our Home Depot order number is W 232089620. Anything you can do to get us something to sit upon would be appreciated..

Who is the "them/they" you refer to, Home Depot or Fall River? Who places the blame for lack of response on FixYa? FixYa neither makes nor sells patio furniture.

Look on the bottom of the lower cushion, where it meets the floor. If you don't see 2 screws or bolts (one on each side of cushion) there, then there are clips that the bottom cushion uses to fit tight into the floor. To remove the bottom cushion, you shove it towards the rear and then lift up and out of where the clips hold it fast. Sometimes you really have to push the cushion hard towards the rear to get the clips loose. Then you lift up the bottom cushion and remove it. Now you can remove the upper portion of the seat. Usually there are 2 bolts down at the bottom of the upper cushion. Remove those and the upper portion can be removed. If there are no bolts on the bottom of the upper cushion, then you just lift it up and out of slots that held it fast.
Do the bottom cushion first.
I don't know about your exact make, but every bench rear seat bottom I ever messed with removed as follows:
Get your fingers under the bottom of the seat cushion, and give a sharp tug upwards.
It should be held in by spring clips, which will release with the upward tug.
With the front of the seat cushion slightly raised (so the spring clips can clear the brackets), it should then pull straight forward and out.
To re-install, push the cushion back under the seat back (with the front slightly raised), and with both hands, give a sharp push downwards to latch the spring clips.
Release the two latches at the front of the seat cushion (pull back on the latches to release the front of the cushion).
Remove the seat cushion bolt and remove the cushion (it’s roughly in the center. You have to insert a socket extension between the back and bottom seat cushions to take it out, after you find it by pressuring the bottom cushion and looking back in there).
Remove the bolts (each side) securing the seat side bolsters (they are easy to see once the bottom cushion is removed), then remove the side bolters (gently release the clips that hold them in).
Pull the seat forward, then remove the fasteners securing the seat hinge (seat pivot bracket) and remove the seat backs.
OK. On the front edge of the seat bottom cushion, pull up hard, both sides. This will dislodge the 2 clamps that holds the seat cushion to the floor. Pull the seat cushion out & set it aside. You will now see the female latches bolted to the area where the rear of the seat cushion meets the rear seat back bottom. Remove the bolts (14 mm I think).
